As per standard, processing for orders takes 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Deliveries are expected within 1-3 working days from the date of payment receipt.

For items labeled as 'Pre-order,' they are custom-made specifically for you and are prepared within 8-10 working days.

Discounted or pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
