If you decide to return a purchased item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item via email at cc@lenamedesign.com. After this period, the item cannot be considered for return or exchange. The item should be returned within no more than 14 days.

In the case of an exchange, please ensure the desired size is available in stock.

Discounted or pre-ordered items are not eligible for exchange or return.

The buyer covers the costs of transport for exchanges or returns.

Please select a reliable shipping company to protect the item from loss, damage, or delay.

For a return or exchange, the item must be undamaged, unused, with all original tags, and returned in its original packaging. Failure to comply with these conditions forfeits the brand's right to reimburse the item's value after return.
